PLR is a form of hypnotherapy, where you go into a hypnotic "trance" after a series of relaxation scripts. The idea of this, is for you to remember some of your past lives and to offer forgiveness to the past. A lot of people have fears in this life that they cant understand, for example fear of water. It could be you drowned in a past life. It can help to "join" the dots and sometimes connecting those dots can have a big impact on your life now.

Hypnotherapy
Phobias, Addictions & Medical issues
I am qualified in Advanced hypnotherapy, this means I am trained to deal with phobias and addictions. Smoking, weight loss, flying etc.
I recommend 3 sessions for this type of therapy, and you do need a consultation before the therapy can begin.
I am currently studying medical hypnotherapy, so by Summer 2025 I will be able to help you with health related symptoms.
Hypnotherapy sessions are £60 or a package of 3 sessions is £150 (if all booked and paid for at the same time)
Dream therapy
I have been qualified in dream therapy since 2015, now this is what I call "subconscious psychotherapy".
Perfect if you want to understand your dreams or if you suffer from sleep problems such as insomnia, nightmares, re-occuring dreams, apnea, parasomnias etc.
I studied Jung, Freud and Kappas in depth for this qualification along with shamanic dream therapy. This therapy will help you to understand REM, Lucid dreams, dream cycles and will even help you to remember your dreams.
Each session is £50, for a block booking of 3, it is £120 if it is paid for all at once
