Crystal healing

This type of healing is the use of crystal grid systems, to enhance over all well-being.

The chakras run up and down the body and Each chakra is linked to an organ, so you work on that chakra-you work on that organ. So this is great if you have emotional/mental blockages or physical symptoms of chakra imbalance. And blocked chakras can cause physical symptoms such as a blocked 3rd eye, could result in headaches. A blocked solar plexus chakra can cause digestive issues.
The base chakra is linked to the coccyx and gonads.
The sacral chakra is linked to the adrenals, kidneys and the internal reproductive system.
The solar plexus is linked to to the ANS, pancreas and liver.
The heart is linked to the heart
The throat is linked to the thyroid
The brow is linked to the pituitary gland
The crown is linked to the pineal gland
So clearing the chakras and rebalancing them will really help your organs to heal and function better.

Reiki
I am qualified in Usui Reiki 1 & 2. Now, I bet you've heard of reiki right? But ask yourself "Do I know what it is?"
Well, it is a Japanese form of energy medicine. It channeling the universal life force. It is Something that promotes deep relaxation & can benefit you physically, emotionally and mentally. It can bring relief from depression, anxiety and fatigue and has that genuine "feel good" factor.
I do mix this with crystal healing sometimes, so if you are interested in both then please do get in touch!

Angel healing
This isn't a therapy often seen! In 2020 I qualified in Angel healing. This is spiritual healing not unlike Reiki, however it is not universal energy-it is angelic. I studied each archangel and worked with them. This healing is a similar process to reiki, except the angels come in and I communicate with them. This is perfect for anyone needing a little love and comfort. This healing also comes with an angel reading as well with a choice of 14 angel decks.
